Bonneville V8-4.6L VIN Y (2004)
10. Position aside the engine mount bracket (1).
11. Remove the engine front cover bolts.
12. Remove the engine front cover and gasket. The gasket is reusable. Do not discard unless it is damaged.
Installation Procedure
1. Place a small amount of sealant GM P/N 12345739 (Canadian P/N 10953472), or equivalent at the split line of the upper and lower crankcases
(1).
2. Place the engine front cover gasket over the crankcase dowel pins.
3. Place the engine front cover in position on the crankcase.
4. Install the engine front cover retaining bolts.
