2. Install the evaporator core into the module housing.
3. Install the upper A/C evaporator case.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the upper A/C evaporator case screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).

5. Install the seal over the heater core and the evaporator pipes.
6. Install the HVAC assembly.
