Vacuum Spark Delay Valve: Description and Operation
Delay Valve Trapped Spark (DV-TS)
PURPOSE
The DV-TS--located in the vacuum line between the carburetor and the distributor advance unit--controls exhaust emissions by delaying vacuum
advance during some acceleration modes.
