Wiper Switch: Service and Repair
1. On models equipped with cruise control, remove tilt wheel release lever and access cover, then disconnect electrical connectors. See: Steering and
Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and Repair
2. Remove wiper switch by grasping firmly and pulling straight out.
3. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Ensure wiper switch is in Off position before installing.
b. Position tilt lever +/- 5 degree from centerline of column assembly.
