12. Secure the cable fitting (2) to the park brake lever bracket (1). Attempt to pull the park brake cable free of the lever bracket, to ensure that the

retaining tabs on the fitting are properly secured.

13. Install the cable end (3) to the cable equalizer.
14. Reposition the carpet to the installed position.
15. Install the rear carpet retainers.
16. Install the rear seat lower cushion.
17. Adjust the park brake cable tension. Refer to Park Brake Adjustment (Disc) Park Brake Adjustment (Drum).
18. Install the front floor console.
