Camshaft Position Actuator Magnet Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement   (See: Intake Manifold/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the engine mount snubber bracket. Refer to Engine Mount Snubber Bracket Replacement   (See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and

Accessories/Engine Mount/Service and Repair).

3. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) from the camshaft position actuator magnet.

4. Remove the camshaft position actuator magnet bolts.
5. Remove the camshaft position actuator magnet and O-ring seal.
