Drive Belt Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (NU6)   (See: Filters/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair)Air

Cleaner Assembly Replacement (NT7)   (See: Filters/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair).

2. Remove the engine mount snubber. Refer to Engine Mount Snubber Replacement   (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts,

Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Engine Mount/Service and Repair).

3. Install a breaker bar to the drive belt tensioner.
4. Rotate the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise to release the spring tension.

5. Remove the drive belt.
