Removal Procedure

1. Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
2. Remove the right closeout panel.
3. If equipped with OnStar, remove the communication interface module. Refer to Communication Interface Module Replacement.
4. If equipped, remove the OnStar module bracket. Refer to OnStar Module Bracket Assembly Replacement.

5. Remove the recirculation door actuator screws.

6. Remove the recirculation door actuator.
7. Remove the recirculation door actuator wire harness connector.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the recirculation door actuator wire harness connector.
