1. With the aid of an assistant, install the compartment lid nuts to hinge.
Tighten the nut to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
2. Install the hinge to quarter panel bolts and nuts.
Tighten the nut to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
3. Install the rear compartment deck lid strut. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Strut Replacement (Coupe and Sedan) (See: Trunk / Liftgate Shock /

4. Adjust the compartment lid. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Adjustment (See: Adjustments).
