7. Install the rear retainers for the seat cushion cover onto the seat frame.
8. Install the seat belt buckle to the seat. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Belt Buckle Replacement   (See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat

Belt Buckle/Service and Repair/Driver or Passenger Seat Belt Buckle Replacement).

9. Install the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket   (See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Seat Replacement -

Bucket).

Warning

To avoid personal injuries, re-zero the passenger presence system whenever you remove or replace the seat cushion or trim. Failure to do so may cause
the system to malfunction.

10. Re-zero the inflatable restraint passenger presence system whenever the seat cushion or any component of the passenger presence system is

removed. Refer to Control Module References   (See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning).

Removal Procedure

1. Fold the rear seat back to the down position.
2. Remove the clip that retains the seat back bolster to the seat from the back of the seat by squeezing the clip together using needle nose pliers and

pulling out to remove.
