1. Install the center floor air duct.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

2. Install the center floor air duct screws.

Tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm (13 lb in).

3. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement   (See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair).

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Pad Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /

Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair).

2. Press on the 2 tabs of the windshield defroster duct.
