6. Remove the nut (2) and the power steering hose routing clip (1) from the generator bracket stud.

7. Loosen the power steering pipe fitting from the power steering pump and position aside.
8. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle   (See: Wheels and Tires/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
