1. Coat the new cooler line seal with transmission fluid.
2. Using the J 41239   , install the new cooler line seal.

3. Install the transaxle oil cooler line assembly to the transaxle.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

4. Install the transaxle oil cooler line assembly nut and tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb in).
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Add fluid to the transaxle. Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid Filter and Seal Replacement   (See: Fluid Filter - A/T/Service and

Repair/4T45-E - Automatic Transmission).

7. Start the engine and check for leaks.
