1. Remove the engine. Refer to Engine Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Engine Replacement) for 3.6L or Engine Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Engine Replacement) for 6.0L .
2. Remove the sound proofing trim from the bulkhead.
3. Clean the master cylinder, especially around the brake lines and reservoir cap.
4. Place a clean suitable container under the Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (BPMV).
5. Remove the master cylinder reservoir cap.
6. Siphon the brake fluid out of the master cylinder reservoir (1) using a hand vacuum pump (2).
