Pontiac Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

1. Install the blower motor control processor (3) to the HVAC module assembly (2).

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the blower motor control processor to HVAC module assembly retaining screws (4).

Tighten the screw to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

3. Connect the blower motor control processor electrical connector (1).
4. Install the right side floor air outlet duct. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side  (See: Air Duct/Service and Repair/Floor Air

Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side) .

5. Install the close out panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side (LHD)  (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /

Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair) .

6. Install the glove box assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement (LHD)  (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /

Trim/Glove Compartment/Service and Repair) .
