1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine
Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair) , or Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and
Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair) .
2. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor jumper harness electrical connector (1).
3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the left hand front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair) .
5. Disconnect the wheel speed sensor jumper harness electrical connector (1).
6. Detach the wheel speed sensor jumper harness (3) from the brake hose/wheel speed sensor jumper harness bracket (4).
7. Detach the wheel speed sensor jumper harness (3) from the front strut mounting bracket (2).
Important: Note the routing of the wheel speed sensor jumper harness (3).
8. Remove the wheel speed sensor jumper harness (3) from the vehicle.
