This bulletin cancels and replaces bulletin 89-10-9A issued 7/89. This bulletin is being revised to include the 1990 model year.

To install a child's seat in models listed above equipped with automatic safety belts, a separate child seat restraint is required. A child seat restraint belt
package is available only as a dealer installed option. Belts are available only in the color black. Accessory packages listed below are available through
GMSPO:
