8. Install the front seat shoulder belt guide to the vehicle.
9. Install the front seat shoulder belt guide bolt. 

Tighten
Tighten the shoulder belt guide bolts to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).

10. Inspect the front seat shoulder belt guide cover for broken tabs. Replace the cover if the tabs are broken.
11. Install the front seat shoulder belt guide cover.
12. Install the center pillar lower trim panel.

13. Install the front seat belt anchor bolt.

Tighten
Tighten the front seat anchor bolt to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).

14. Inspect the seat belt assembly for correct operation. Refer to Operational and Functional Checks.  See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the lower quarter trim panel.
2. Remove the front seat shoulder belt guide cover.
3. Remove the front seat shoulder belt guide bolt.
4. Remove the front seat shoulder belt guide.
