Instrument Panel Compartment Striker Adjustment

Adjustment Procedure

1. Open the Instrument Panel (IP) compartment door.
2. Loosen the IP compartment striker screws.
3. Adjust the IP compartment striker.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Tighten the instrument panel (IP) compartment striker screws.

Tighten
Tighten the (IP) compartment striker screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

5. Close the IP compartment door.
