3. Install the oil filter bypass valve to the proper depth.
4. Install oil filter bypass hole plug.

Tighten the oil filter bypass hole plug to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the oil filter. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Add engine oil as necessary. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement.
