9. O-rings.
Install or Connect
1. New O-ring seals coated with mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
2. Liquid line into place.
3. Liquid line fitting at orifice.
Tighten
^
Fitting to 27 N.m (20 lb. ft.).
4. Liquid line fitting at condenser.
Tighten
^
Fitting to 27 N.m (20 lb. ft.).
5. Liquid line/suction line bracket.
6. Electrical connector to A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.
7. Brake pressure modulator bracket.
8. Evacuate, charge and leak test system.
9. Air cleaner and duct assembly.
