Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair
A/C Pressure Sensor
A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor
Remove or Disconnect
1. Air cleaner and duct assembly.
2. Battery ground negative cable.
3. Electrical connector from A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.
4. A/C refrigerant pressure sensor from liquid line.
Install or Connect
1. New O-ring seal lubricated with mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
2. A/C refrigerant pressure sensor to liquid line.
Tighten

Sensor to 4.7 N.m (41 lb. in.).
3. Electrical connector at A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.
4. Battery ground negative cable.
5. Air cleaner and duct assembly.
