Reconnect negative battery cable, and reset clock and radio pre-sets.

Turn the ignition switch to the "Accessory" position.

With a "Dry" windshield, turn wiper switch to the "Off" position and verify that wipers park correctly.

Verify that all wiper functions (delay, low, high, wash, etc.) operate correctly.
