1. Install the 2 hose clamps to the brake booster hose (3).
2. Align the hose to the intake manifold fitting. Ensure the blue alignment dot (1) on the hose is facing upward.
3. Install the hose to the intake manifold fitting.
4. Compress the hose clamp (2) and move the hose clamp past the wider portion of the fitting. Release the hose clamp on the narrow portion of the

fitting in order to retain the hose to the fitting.

5. Install the grommet to the brake booster (1).
6. Install the check valve (4) to the grommet on the booster.
7. Install the hose to the fitting on the check valve.
8. Compress the hose clamp (3) and move the hose clamp past the wider portion of the fitting. Release the hose clamp on the narrow portion of the

fitting in order to retain the hose to the fitting.

9. Install the fuel rail cover to the left side of the engine.
