Clutch Slave Cylinder: Service and Repair
Clutch Actuator Cylinder Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the manual transmission from the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the pipe fitting (1) from the clutch slave cylinder.
3. Remove the clutch slave cylinder bolts (3).
Installation Procedure
1. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the clutch slave cylinder and bolts (3).
Tighten the clutch actuator cylinder bolts (3) to 10 Nm (115 inch lbs.).
2. Connect the pipe fitting (1) to the clutch slave cylinder.
Tighten the pipe fitting (1) to 13 Nm (88 inch lbs.).
3. Install the manual transmission to the vehicle.
