1.

Install clamp and hose to underside of sending unit [55].

2.

Install the fuel gauge sending unit [55].

NOTE:  Use new bolts, new aluminum washers, and new gasket.

3.

Install hose clamp and fuel return line [49].

4.

Reinstall the fuel gauge sending unit connectors.

5.

Refill fuel tank.

6.

Reinstall battery cable.
