Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement - Upper 

Removal Procedure 

1. Remove the drive belt. 

2. Remove the upper drive belt idler pulley.

Installation Procedure 

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the upper drive belt idler pulley.

Tighten the pulley to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).

2. Install the drive belt.
