Montana AWD V6-3.4L VIN E (2004)
Tighten
Tighten the nuts to.....15 N.m (11 lb ft).
4. Install the air baffle.
5. Install the air baffle bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to.....20 N.m (15 lb ft).
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system.
8. Leak test the fittings of the component using J 39400-A.
