Sunfire L4-2.2L VIN 4 (1996)
4. Align the crankshaft sprocket timing mark, the stamped circle, with the tab on the timing chain tensioner.
5. Align the camshaft sprocket timing mark, the 8 mm hole, with the tab on the timing chain tensioner.
6. Install the camshaft sprocket and the timing chain.
7. Camshaft sprocket bolt.
Tighten
Tensioner bolts to 24 Nm (18 ft lbs.).
Camshaft sprocket bolt to 105 Nm (77 ft lbs.).
8. Remove tool used to hold tensioner spring compressed.
9. Crankcase front cover, refer to Timing Cover Service and Repair See: Timing Cover/Service and Repair
10. Negative battery cable.
