2. Install the exhaust manifold gasket (1).
3. Install the exhaust manifold (2).
4. Install the exhaust manifold nuts (3).

Tighten the nuts to 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).

5. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield (1).
6. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts (2).

^

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).

7. Install the EGR pipe. 
8. Install the 3 nuts attaching the exhaust crossover pipe to the left exhaust manifold.
