Tire Pressure Module: Service and Repair
Low Tire Pressure Indicator Module Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Read the registered transmitter identification (ID) numbers. Write down the numbers in order to aid the re-registration of the ID numbers in the
new tire pressure indicator module. Refer to Tire Pressure Indicator Sensor Learn (See: Service and Repair/Reset Procedure/Tire Pressure
Indicator Sensor Learn).
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (See: Starting and
Charging/Battery/Battery Cable/Service and Repair).
3. Remove the heater and air conditioning control. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Control Replacement (See: Heating and Air
Conditioning/Control Assembly/Service and Repair).
4. Remove the screw (2) from the tire pressure indicator module (1).
