Front Door Interior Handle: Service and Repair

Door Handle Replacement - Front Inside

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door  (See: Front Door Panel/Service and Repair) 
2. Slide the handle (1) rearward and pull it away from the front side door.
3. Remove the inside handle cables (3) from the inside door handle (1).
4. Remove the handle (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the inside handle cables (3) to the inside door handle (1).
2. Install the inside door handle (1) to the front door and slide forward.
3. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door  (See: Front Door Panel/Service and Repair) .
