Button assignment for garage door opener

1. Press the required button until the LED flashes slowly (approx. 20 seconds). You then have around 5 minutes to complete steps 2 and 3.

Teaching position for remote control

2. Hold the original remote control approx. 0 - 30 cm in front of the marked position on the vehicle.
3. Press the Send button on the original remote control until the fog lights flash three times (up to approx. 45 seconds).
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to assign further buttons.

NOTE:

A number of attempts may be necessary at different distances between the vehicle and original remote control.

The fog lights flash once after 5 minutes. The programming operation must then be started from scratch.

Erasing programmed signals on the HomeLink

NOTE:  This operation erases the standard codes set in the factory. Do not repeat this operation if additional buttons are to be programmed.

Hold the two outer buttons -1 and 3- down for around 20 seconds until the LED -A- starts to flash quickly.

All programmed signals for the buttons -1 to 3- are erased. Do this before selling the vehicle, for example.
