Fuel Pressure: Testing and Inspection

Checking fuel pressure 

1. Remove the hot air guide on the left hand side to the rear of the engine compartment.
2. Unscrew and remove the cap nut from the test connection of the fuel distribution line.

Note:  Make sure that the sealing ball does not fall out when the cap nut is removed.

3. Connect the dial gauge to the test connection with the hose from the pressure tester P378 or VW 1318
