Starter Motor: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Disconnect battery and alternator wiring, if equipped.
3.
Disconnect ignition lead.
4.
Remove starter attaching bolts, then the starter.
5.
Reverse procedure to install.
