Legend: C = Cause/ A = Action

1.1 "Individual memory" button cannot be selected (grayed out).

C: Function is only actively available when ignition is on (term. 15).
A: This is not a fault, no action required.

1.2 "Daytime driving lights" setting: Daytime driving lights cannot be switched on.

C: Function is controlled by on-board computer (setting on instrument cluster);- Driver's Manual - Instruments, on-board computer.
A: This is not a fault.

1.3 Mute function deactivates "automatically".

C: The set mute function is cancelled when the set volume is changed using the PCM control knob or on the multi-function steering
wheel. This also happens if the volume was adjusted during a phone call or a navigation announcement.
A: This is not a fault, no action required.

2.1 Music track cannot be played.

C: Music files have an unsupported file format or are compressed/encoded.
A: This is not a fault. Create music files in the appropriate file format (e.g. mp3, wav).

2.2 Special video DVDs will not play.
