Cause # 2: 
Cabriolet only. The locating peg at the edge of the rear side section trim on the top causes noises in the mounting point on the auxiliary frame (metal).
The reinforcing ribs (figure 5, arrows c and d) on the inside of the rear side section trim are coming into contact with screws on the convertible-top
holder.

Repair: 
Deburr the mounting point opening in the auxiliary frame (rear wall) and stick a 15 mm felt strip over the locating peg on the rear side section trim that
enters the mounting point (see arrow in figure 4). Remove the reinforcing rib (see arrow c in figure 5) with a sharp knife or side cutters. Stick a 25 mm
wide felt strip over the ribs (see arrow d in figure 5).

Complaint 2:
Creaking noises in the rear side section trim at the pin for the rear seat back locking mechanism.

Cause: 
The collar (bezel) of the rear seat back locking pin (see arrow in figure 6) was filled with hot glue during production to prevent it from turning when the
pin is tightened. The extensive contact surface of the hot glue adhesive may cause creaking noises on the cover of the rear side section trim (see a in
figure 7).
