Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service Precautions
Engine Compartment And Coolant Blower Fan:
After the engine is switched off, the engine-compartment and coolant temperatures are monitored for about 20 minutes.
During this period, and depending on temperature, the fans may continue to run or start to run.
The radiator and radiator fans are in the front of the car.
The engine-compartment blower is mounted on the engine compartment lid.
WARNING!
The fans may start without warning and can cause serious personal injury.
Be careful when working in the area of the fans.
