Install PCCB brake disc.
3.1.1 Clean the flat and centering surfaces of the wheel hub and apply a thin layer of Optimoly TA to the centering surfaces.
3.1.2 Fit PCCB brake disc using assembly aid and tighten the two phillips-recess screws.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft-lb.)
3.2
Pre-fit the new brake caliper.
3.2.1 Choose brake line according to vehicle type (911 Carrera S or 911 Carrera 4S).
3.2.2 Fit brake line => Figure 4-A- (shows brake line on 911 Carrera S) on the brake caliper and screw on hand-tight.
3.2.3 Fit new wear indicator wire => Figure 4-C- on the brake caliper and secure in place on the brake line with the old clip => Figure 4-B-.
3.3
Install the pre-fitted brake caliper using two new fastening screws (M12 x 1.5 x 85).
Tightening torque: 85 Nm (63 ft-lb.)

Screw brake line to the brake hose.
Tightening torque: 12 Nm (9.0 ft-lb.) +2 Nm (+1.5 ft-lb.)

Tighten brake line to brake caliper.
Tightening torque: 12 Nm (9.0 ft-lb.)

Fit connector for wear indicator into the wheel carrier and close lock on plug connection for wire for the speed sensor/wear indicator.

Concluding work
Note:
The clutch slave cylinder does not need to be bled.
4.1
Bleed the brakes.

Always use the specified assembly aids (2 x assembly pins) for removing and fitting wheels.

Carefully guide the wheel towards the wheel hub to prevent any heavy impact on the ceramic brake disc.
