Install coolant regulator    
Insert coolant regulator in the housing as shown. Push against the spring force using special tool 9627 and turn until both sheetmetal edges are
touching the housing.

Install coolant regulator housing    
Clean sealing surface. Position coolant regulator housing with a new seal. 
Tighten the three fastening screws to 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lbs.).

Push on coolant hose    
Insert retaining clip. Push the coolant hose with a new seal into the coolant regulator housing. Push hose downwards until the retaining clip is
heard to engage. Check the hose for secure seating.
