1.1. Position convertible-top support -1- on the assembly aid and secure with fastening screws -3- or fastening nuts -2-. Tightening torque 

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)

NOTE:  Use assembly grease when fitting the pins.

2. Install roof frame 2.

2.1. Press bushings -1- into the bore on the outside of roof frame 2 -2-.
2.2. Position roof frame 2 -2- on the convertible top support -3- and join them together with the pin -4-. Use the retaining clip -5- to secure the pin

NOTE:  Use assembly grease when fitting the pins.

3. Install roof frame 3.

3.1. Press bushings -1- into the bore on the inside of roof frame 3 -2-.
3.2. Position roof frame 3 -2- on the convertible top support -3- and join them together with the pin -4-. Use the retaining clip -5- to secure the pin

NOTE:

When replacing the plastic bushings 1, always replace all plastic bushings.

Use assembly grease when fitting the pins.

4. Install roof frame 1.

4.1. Press plastic bushings -1- into the bore on the outside and inside of roof frame 2 -2- and roof frame 3 -3-.
