Open the cover -1- and clean the inside with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Use only engine oils tested and approved by Porsche AG.

Dispose of waste oil in accordance with legal requirements in your country.

2. Unscrew the oil drain plug -1- at the oil pan (a/f 8 hexagon socket) and drain the engine oil into a suitable container.

The drain plug and sealing ring must be replaced.

3. After draining the engine oil, screw in a new oil drain plug -1- with a new aluminum sealing ring -2-.
