Headlight Ventilation

Concern: 
Spot formation, fouling, formation of film under the cover of the main headlight.

Information:
Fouled air can enter the headlight housing through the headlight ventilation system. This can cause spot formation, fouling or the formation of film under
the cover.

Beginning with the following introduction date, a ventilation element with filter is fitted on the headlight ventilation connection (Figure 1, arrow). The
previous ventilation pipe has been omitted. In the event of a complaint, the affected headlight is to be replaced and the new ventilation element fitted on
both headlights.

Introduction: September 6, 2002, from the VINs shown.
