Calibrating spacer sleeves

If the installation position was not marked during removal or the spacer sleeves are no longer present, it is necessary to calibrate.

To do so, position all spacer sleeves in the frame for the sliding roof cover and install the sliding roof cover. Check the sliding roof cover according to
the gap dimensions; if necessary re-install or calibrate the spacer sleeves, which vary by 11 - 15 mm. Refer to Diagram - body gap dimensions - Targa.

Replacing the seal for the sliding roof cover

In order to replace the seal for the sliding roof, the sliding roof cover must be removed.
