Hydraulic clutch actuation and installing snap ring in the groove of the plug-in couplings of the clutch pipeline.

Information:

With hydraulic clutch actuation, the clutch pedal may not return to its initial position or may become stuck as a result of the axial play in the plug-in
couplings of the clutch pipeline (Figure 1, Items 1, 2 and 3). The axial motion in the plug-in couplings and the associated rolling of the sealing ring can
admit air into the hydraulic system.

In the event of a complaint, a snap ring, Part Number, 999 230 685 40, must be fitted in the groove of the plug-in couplings in the area of the plenum
chamber, underbody and transmission (Figure 1, Items 1, 2 and 3). The clutch system must then be bled. The procedure for fitting the snap rings is
described starting.
