4.1.2 Grease and attach the selector cable --> Figure 9 -A-, then install protective cap --> Figure 9 -B-.

4.1.3 Grease and install shift cable --> Figure 9 -C-. To do this, insert a large screwdriver through the side opening in the gearshift bracket and

press shift cable on to the ball head.

4.1.4 Insert support --> Figure 9 -D- in gearshift bracket secure with locking clips --> Figure 9 -E-.

Check shifting in all gears.

Install center console --> POSES, Workshop Manual, Serv. No. 6817 "Installing Center console".

Test drive.
