4. Tighten the outer Torx(R) screws (M8 x 12) -Arrows- on the pulley.

5. Turn the belt tensioner clockwise as far as it will go -Arrow- and at the same time place the drive belt over the deflection roller under the
generator.

6. Allow the belt tensioner to slide back slowly into tensioning position.
7. Tighten the outer Torx(R) screws (M8 x 12) on the pulley. -> Tightening torque: 23 Nm (117 ftlb.)
Information
It is absolutely necessary to check that the drive belt is correctly seated on all pulleys.
8. Check belt routing and position.
