Belt tensioner

2. Install unit carrier.
2.1.

Install unit carrier -2- and fit and tighten M10 x 60 screws -1-.

Unit carrier

-> Tightening torque: 65 Nm (48 ftlb.)

2.2.

Install coolant flange.
Replace all sealing rings.
Fit coolant flange. Fit and tighten two M6 x 16 screws and one screw on the cable rail.
-> Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Subsequent work

Subsequent work 

1. Install hydraulic pump with reservoir.
2. Fill in coolant and bleed the system.
3. Install generator.
