Secure trim panel in the luggage compartment.
3. Connect coolant hoses.

The coolant hoses must engage audibly when pushed into the flanges (Henn coupling).
Information:

Check Henn coupling O-rings and replace them if necessary.

Clean plug connection and coolant hoses before assembly.

Coat O-rings and coolant hoses with Kluberplus Gel (Part No. 000.043.205.93).

Remove stoppers before fitting the coolant lines and hoses.
3.1.
Connect coolant hoses at the front.
Press on coolant hoses -1- until the spring clamps on the Henn couplings lock with an audible click.

3.2.
Connect coolant hose at the rear.
Press on coolant hose -2- until the spring clamp on the Henn coupling locks with an audible click.
4. Fit pressure and return lines at the steering gear.
4.1.
Insert pressure and return lines with new sealing rings into the steering gear.
Tension shackle for pressure and return lines
4.2.
Fit tension shackle -2- for pressure and return lines at the steering gear by inserting the tension shackle -2- and screwing in and tightening the
screw -1-.

Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
5. Fit universal joint at the steering spindle. Use new fastening screw!
5.1.
Steering wheel must be in center position.
