Unscrew M8 nut, loosen parking lock lever from the parking lock shaft and remove it.

4. Remove sealing ring for parking lock shaft.

Levering out sealing ring

Pierce the sealing ring for the parking lock shaft with a small screwdriver and lever it out.

1. Install sealing ring for parking lock shaft.

Fit sealing ring for parking lock shaft.

Apply a thin coat of Vaseline on the outer circumference and sealing lip of the sealing ring.

Tap in sealing ring for parking lock shaft -2- using the pressure sleeve T10174 or a long No. 13 wrench -1- until it fits perfectly into the PDK
transmission.
